not fans fault
MY gave him infinitely more time and patience on the court (to MYs fault.. MJ wasnt ready). he jumped for $$. fans prob were tired of seeing him get 2x the minutes he was ready for freshman and soph years but he got paid a lot more to play elsewhere

Yes it’s a little bit cool sometimes to hear him name drop Hargrave or Radford or whatever during an nba broadcast but I have to assume 99% of viewers don’t give a crap. Surprised the producers haven’t told him to stop.

Pedulla was a freshman on that team Murphy was a grad transfer senior. Not fair to compare them. Compare Pedullas final year to Murphy’s final year.

But I always thought he’d be a good 10-15 mpg game guy for a richer program to stash away further down the pecking order of minutes in case he ever clicked it altogether. And even if he didn’t click it together, decent guy as ur 2nd/3rd unit.

He didn’t even start for us so it certainly wasn’t playing time we won him over with. Louisville took 3 players from Charleston but not Burnham, ockhams razor unless you know Burnham or Kelsey personally or are a Louisville insider… they didn’t want him.

Nothing about his play suggests he will be anywhere near as good as storm murphy or Pedulla. Both were light years ahead of him at the same stages in their college careers.
Yes it’s possible he passes them the same way it’s possible I run into Scarlett johansen at Kroger tomorrow and she falls in love with me.

Have been posted in specifics numerous times. And strong allusions to those specifics 500+ times. If you choose not to read them or ignore them that’s on you. Outside of just the Nolley test taking stuff. I’m talking other specifics.

Saying buchanan left bc MJ left is laughable
He was easily ours to keep, we undervalued him and went w Long/Beran instead.
Also thinking Camden or Wessler had better potential than Buchanan (when we were clearing up roster space) was laughable.
Not every move by this staff requires you to jump through hoops to defend them

You’re smarter than this reply. U said he earned it through winning. What whit Babcock does or does not do can not be directly correlated to MYs winning, it could be a multitude of factors. Not affording the buyout, etc.

Beran, etc. No one would've anticipated this play so far..
And when I say paid I mean the 'going rate'. 100K-ish would be right about the rate of Beran before this season imo based off what I've known some players to have received

Disingenuous to say we turned down efton Reid which I believe is what you’re saying. When we wanted him badly out of HS, then badly again out of the portal the first time. Maybe this third time around we passed (would he get a waiver?? Etc. No way to know until it happened)
But we absolutely recruited him very hard the first two times around.

Kidd is absolutely not an NBA player without additional tremendous growth in his game. However he's still a very good college player.
The announcers got ahead of themselves the other day (ISU game?) when talking Kidd. Corey Alexander said something to the effect of "NBA Body" and the other announcer sort of ran with it a few mins later and said "NBA skillset" or something or took it even further but I think he was just backing up his man Corey. Either way, it's bs.
And I am a Kidd fan. He's undersized for NBA, horrible at pick and roll defense, and has no perimeter shot. He'll go play overseas and make good $.

More info..
He had an underage drinking charge recently along with underage purchasing of alcohol. (it's public..)
So he may be in the doghouse with MY and coaches from that.
