The guys need to own up to not being ready at this point in the season... If that was even the case. Not a single guy is going to point fingers at the coaches. As for Flynn, he got caught in a bad position. It happens. How you respond is what matters. You and I do not know how the matches have gone between Flynn and Ventresca in the room. I trust the guys that see what's going on in there to make the right decisions.
