Much like high school

For instance, my son started at 152.7 and was basically allowed to drop 1/3 of a pound a day. So last night (his first dual), he needed to weigh between 142.99 and 144.0 in order to make weight. Below 142.99 and he wouldn't have been able to wrestle because he lost *too* much weight, according to the weight loss plan. And just in case anyone was wondering, he weighed in at 144.0 (even with a 2 pound allowance)! Made scratch on the very first dual. Also he pinned his kid. Huzzahs all around! edit: typo ** Edited by Nafeikoh at 12/11/2025, 5:30:24 PM
