I should have offered an explanation.... So maybe back at the end of October, Joe Schmo weighed in at 184.1 pounds...he would be listed as a 197. And would have a date (very soon) where he's allowed to make 184...and probably another date a couple weeks later where he would be allowed to compete at 174 (provided he lost the weight on the approved schedule). If Joe was carrying a lot of body fat back then, he may even have another later date at which he could compete at 165.
