Before Mackenzie Nelson left, I would have had said no...with the caveat of "depends on who we bring in." Even with Nelson here, I would have expected Tech to bring in am impact wing. And I would have said this is what Sears has in front of her: Wenzel - 30+ mins a game Nelson - 30+ mins a game Wells and Suffren - 15-20+ mins a game Whatever Wing came in via the portal Baker potentially playing the 3 a bit more That is lot of players in front of a r-freshman coming off an injury. And too many people were fascinated by HS achievements. NOW, with Baker and Nelsoin gone, it still comes down to who we bring in. Instead of one wing, we need THREE guard-wing types. Whether they are role players or impact players will determine how much of an impact Sears has an opportunity to make. It could be that she is showing enough in workouts that the pressure to get 3 replacements for Baker-Nelson-new wing is not as intense.
