Congrats to Coach Megan Duffy for arriving in a tough situation, quickly
engendering loyalty and buy-in from the players, and coaching them to a better-than-expected record. If the WNIT is next, this team could make some noise there. Main thing was to establish CMD's cred and position the program for growth, both of which happened.

This team accomplished so much more than we expected. Matilda was the only one with any starting experience while the others had to learn on the job.
In my mind, Rose and Matilda get a plaque as âmost important playersâ as they held this team together (along with Carleigh and Carys) when we didnât even have a coach.
They make me proud to be a Hokie!!
