Thankful for our coaches
Been on X tonight and a few teams coaches (Duke and Belmont are two I saw) are asking interested players to send them info. That's a real chemistry builder going into the NCAA Tournament. Good luck with that.

That seems to be really pushing the limit - at least versus the intent of the rules.
And to the current players on these teams ..."pay no attention to the man behind the curtain." 😳

before 11th grade. I dealt with that, where coaches would tell me to tell my player to contact them. I am talking about HS recruits in basketball

. . . years later (I think) leaves to go over to Durham to start that program. Donna was already struggling some; she didn't really enjoy recruiting. Bev Smith had really done a lot of that before her departure. Donna also hated the ACC expansion. I any case, M. Young's departure was sort of the beginning of the end for Papa.

I see her as a very capable coach who has the right system, players, and knows how to generate runs.
