Softball Fix Today: three SEC tourney games today
Tuesday, May 5th (First Round)
Game 1: No. 11 Missouri vs No. 14 Auburn | 11:00 AM ET | SEC Network
Game 2: No. 10 Mississippi State vs No. 15 Kentucky | 1 PM ET | SEC Network
Game 3: No. 12 South Carolina vs. No. 13 Ole Miss | 4:00 PM ET | SEC Network
The (11) Mizzou (28-28, 9-15 SEC) vs. (14) Auburn (25-27, 4-20 SEC) game is an elimination game for the NCAA tournament. A team has to be .500 or better to participate in the tournament. Mizzou just needs to win today; Auburn needs three wins.

And we know that UGA was missing it's #1 pitcher. I think the formulary polls do a decent job of telling us where we would fit in the SEC. I think we would have a .500 record in the SEC as we are now. Of course, if we were in the SEC and got that recruiting/financial lift, I think Pete could have us in the top 7 and a consistent first round host.

3) they can eliminate Mizzou, and then lose meaning Auburn, Mizzou & UK would ALL be left out (unless Auburn wins 2 more and/or UK wins tourney)
If Auburn can hang on somehow…this would be a BIG boost to Hokies AND potentially open the door for GT, UNC to get in

Hulu live plus Disney/ESPN bundle is easiest use for ACCNX, SECNX & ESPN+.
Not crazy about the Disney brand but it gives me everything I want sports wise
