How fast was the Charlotte pitcher?
It looked sub 55 mph. Was she throwing a drop ball or was it just gravity? If you tell me she was throwing 60 mph, then my theory of super slow pitching throwing us off goes out the window. I saw some unexpectedly poor swings from us that could be explained by the slow pitching.

Does VT have anyone on the staff who can throw that way in batting practice to get the team ready for it?

She has a lot of spin and movement.
Another local Raleigh/Wake Forest player.
Was an ECU commit prior to Queens. Then she transferred to Charlotte.
