Fix her pitching motion, make it legal, and remove all doubt. The *****ing about inconsistent enforcement is a lame argument. Speeding is illegal. If you pass 3 cops on I81 while driving 8 mph over the speed limit and they let you keep driving, do you complain to the 4th cop who pulls you over for going 8 mph over the speed limit that they are being inconsistent in how they are enforcing the law?
