Great points. I agree. Grein wanted to be the ace. And that was part of

the problem. Leaders want to lead. But, what she has proven, under a different coaching staff, is that she was more than worthy of that role and can carry a team. We had that with Keely. We don't have that now. Nothing wrong with having a team of good pitchers. You can win with that. But, we weren't able to recognize or get the most out of LG's talent. If she was still here, she could well have carried us next year, when we will miss Lemley's talent. Just sorry it didn't work out.
