What “historical used” criteria?
RPI? They deviate from RPI every year? I don’t think anything was different about this year. I think we put together a good bubble argument for hosting and we got nudged out by a few other bubble teams. A few tough losses late in the season certainly moved us from a strong to average hosting argument
