OK. Don't know enough about your plan and how it addressed the issues I

mentioned or what is meant by "netted". (Sorry, finance background). Hard for me to advocate without that although I would like to. But, thanks for sharing what you've tried. I am interested in understanding more but too much to go through in this forum. And why other major schools don't charge. I can see some differences between ASU situation and ours. I would think a plan that showed a positive of 6 figures would get a lot of attention. I worked for a pretty large company who often tried to add to profit by adding small new business ventures. But, the higher ups didn't want to take away time from its focus on the larger businesses. In other words, the small profit was eaten up by corporate overheads which was the additional time needed by higher ups for oversight/approvals. And we eventually ended up letting go of the small businesses. When you say "someone has to put in a little effort" that's what it makes me think of.
