I saw Duke do it earlier this year. No violations except for the balls.

The rule does note, however, that pitchers may not intentionally commit a violation of the rule to add a fourth ball to the count in an attempt to walk the batter. If the umpire deems a violation to have occurred, all base runners will advance one base. A second violation will result in an ejection.
Not sure where it is in the rulebook, and I am not reading it all to find it. Also not sure what actually happened in that Duke game. I thought they took four pitch click violations. Maybe they took three pitch clock violations and pitched the fourth one. I guess I missed something.
