133178. I was watching the game but didn’t even notice that to be honest.
But it would be interesting to hear if Chip saw that and his thoughts on that? I mean I get the rule wether myself or others like it or not. It doesn’t sound like a very popular rule and the USA doesn’t use it anymore from what I hear. My problem was when Emma threw a ball. No problem. A strike or pop up out was an illegal pitch and the ump should call it as soon as it leaves her hand. Not after it’s a strike or called out.
