Good luck fast forwarding to where you left off - sometimes that results in a freeze when it forces a commercial break that you can’t fast forward through, even though there is no actual advertiser to fill the space. All that said, the worst part of the ESPN app is having to re-login every other time I use it, re- declare my TV provider, enter a code. I can’t imagine that anyone casually uses the app to watch other games - you have to be a true fan and be willing to suffer for your team to make it work. It’s so dysfunctional that it feels like I’m hacking free content rather than streaming a paid service.
