Today we left 10 runners on base and batted .235 with runners on base.
That is the opposite of timely hitting. We lost the 1st inning of both games but won the other 11/12 innings of those games. Walks hurt us in the 1st innings but we didn't make up for those walks with bunches of base hits in the rest of both games. Came close in game 1.
