If the ACC could pick off Okie State and maybe BYU, it would have a pretty
good portfolio of teams. Travel would get nastier. You would think that, with minimally competent management, the ACC should be viewed as a better destination than the B12.

and will fall apart when the GOR expires. Rather than trying to raid another conference, how about the ACC and B12 work together to create something NEW that would be mutually beneficial?

The B12, ACC, and Big East have all but a few blue blood or brands in basketball. You can start there.

that ACC teams receive...especially without a conference network? Was it mostly based on tv viewership in regards to Texas and Oklahoma? Shouldn't those numbers drop significantly once those two schools go to the SEC? The teams the B12 brought in don't really move the numbers up drastically do they? And the ACC should be receiving more per team just because we do have the ACCN. Am I wrong or missing some vital information?

It was the unrealistic self-image of The PAC 12 that led to their demise. They saw themselves as worth much, much more than The Big 12. That opinion was not shared by any media company.
