Go back to the days when the SWC was intact, and build from there. I think the SEC and B1G would love to go back to 10 members. same problem at the total conference level that now exists for individual members within a conference. Currently the quandary within a conference is how to share revenue amongst members who may be more or less committed to investing in their programs(i.e. producers vs. freeloaders). With the proposed model the distinguishing moves from individual schools to individual conferences. The playoff money is another tricky detail revolving around playoff team selection to start and progressing from there to per round payments, expense reimbursement, etc..
