The B12 is in a terrible spot. They are gloating now but all they did was

solidify their standing as a minor conference in comparison to the top three. The ACC still has much more potential than the B12 will have in the next ten years. Take a look at the teams left in the B12. I see a bunch of programs (all sports) that would be mid to bottom of the ACC. They have some good basketball programs but that is about it. One thing to remember is the next conference to have a GOR expire is the B12. If there are any schools worth taking they will be poached in five years, well before ACC schools will be available. ESPN controls what happens next, but they stand to have the opportunity to take the best of the B12 into the ACC in a few years.
