Probably a good move for him & the ACC. We don’t need an AD, we need ESPN

negotiating experience. As I said to Al below, the work has changed dramatically in the last 2 1/2 years. The highest priority is renegotiating with ESPN! Hire for the most important skill set, period since survival is on the line.
