for sale at some point or another and what the poster refers to as gospel is about the 499th rumor of infighting and a sale. Ironically, the potential move to the suburbs references a possible new stadium, probably to be approved within the next year or so which would make the franchise even more valuable. They will most likely not sell and leave that money on the table.
