I think we are quickly reaching the point where remaining teams only

decrease the per team payout. We are much closer to that point then we realise. There are so many valuable teams in the P2 that not much that is left moves the needle. The little discussed situation is that while adding teams may increase total revenues for Fox/ESPN, it may reduce per team payouts in the conference.

It's going to be costly for UNC/Clemson...
Old Line Hokie 07/06/22 10:38 AM ET
I hope. I know there’s not going to be 30 team super conferences though..

Duke and Virginia could be of great value to the B1G in the future.

At some point the B1G picks up more west teams. B1G

The B1G would be better off picking up Ore, Wash, Stanford and ND

UVA, UNC, Pitt, GT - all AAU schools; VT not an AAU school
VT Pops 07/06/22 08:11 AM ET
AAU is not a mandatory requirement

Actually they lost it before they joined

The VA market is still untapped by the SEC. That's an advantage for us.**

That is a possibility. That’s why insiders say UNC is the second choice…
