Interesting to see all of the ineligible teams in bowls.

Missouri State and Delaware are in their first year in the FBS. Aren't they both ineligible? And Kennesaw State is in their second year. JMU had to wait until their third year to be allowed to go to a bowl game. I guess all of the opt outs allowed that?

Even though the transition from DI-FCS to DI-FBS is a two year process,

JMU tried the waiver, maybe even both years, but were turned down.

It is possible, all 3 started the "transition" last year depending on when
