If the Big 10 stays firm on auto-bids...
Would this be any better:
B10: 4
SEC: 4
ACC/B12: 5 (ACC and B12 champions get in - then the other 3 spots are based on rankings and split between the conferences) - Thus, one season, you could get 4 ACC teams in, or 4 Big 12 teams in if the other conference is down. However, that means at least one of the two conferences get at least 3.
Non-P4: 1
At large: 2 (includes ND)
A small change could be the B10-SEC could have a similar agreement and each are guaranteed 3 each, but combined, they would get 8 - thus, 4 and 4 is an option, but the SEC could get 5 and B10 get 3 (or vice versa) if one conference is better that year based on team rankings. That means one of them could get 7 if they get 5 and get both at-larges if ND is down.
