Should VT add another annual opponent?

Boosting TV ratings is obviously critical now. SEC and Big Ten heavyweights (e.g., Tennessee, Penn State) would likely never agree to play Virginia Tech every year. Is there another high profile school that would play VT every year? Having Miami every year is good. Clemson just got a deal with ND. Could Florida State be an option? (probably not). If not, what about Louisville, NC State, or Georgia Tech as a new primary rival? If no one agrees, I guess we could always ask WVU for decent ratings.
