is interesting, albeit unrealistic. That suggestion might have flown back in the 70s or the 80s but, fact is that dog will not hunt now that ND has been living off of its football mystique for the largest majority of the last 30 years and its football resume in that time is much closer to Deacon Blue than Crimson Tide.
