content to continue being "reactive" in this conference realignment/merger fiasco the last few years! Unless the ACC & PAC come to some sort of agreeement or merger or something...both conferences will be forever left behind. I just don't see a level playing field anymore as long as the BIG whatever and the SEC have all the power (along with the media). I would think ESPN having a large coast to coast conference (PAC & ACC) would generate millions more viewers and $$$$$. A conference with the likes of Oregon, Washington, Stanford, Cal, Arizona, Colorado, Utah and the ACC schools is a pretty powerful lineup of entities, is it not? I would guess (not specifically based on anything concrete) per school payout would at least increase close to $50-55 million....maybe that's lowballing it
