Agreed. They will not leave the conference, and USC is

finding out that the BIG is indeed run by tOSU. The capital firm makes their ROI by taking their portion of the annual revenue moving forward, instead of that portion of the revenue being distributed to the member schools. I think the bet is that revenue increases year over year, not only in media money, but the playoff/tournament revenue streams as well. it could be that many of the institutions have been caught with their pants down with the cost of paying players and the cost of doing business and need an influx of money to adjust to the new realities. It might be worth it for almost all except the very wealthy Universities. What i don't understand, is why OSU would want such a deal. They already have the revenue, the facilities, and are set up for success no matter what happens in the future.
