Sure, I do get that people will watch MAC games in unique time slots when-

other larger profile programs aren't playing. I suppose where I lose the beat is Sacramento State and UMass being in the conference. It doesn't make any sense. Sacramento State didn't just take no media rights money a la SMU, they PAID to join, and are paying for all the other football programs' travel to Sacramento. There's no way that makes financial sense, even in the long term. Everything currently going on in college football just make it seem like a giant Ponzi scheme that has to collapse at some point. Just consider that it's now a common revelation that there are P2 schools carrying $500-$600 million dollars in debt. P2 schools.
