The Big 12 reached a six-year extension with ESPN and Fox in October 2022.
The new deal, which runs through 2030-31, is worth almost $2.3 billion. IMO, that conference is financially sound and stable for a few years. Its media rights value could also skyrocket during the next round of contract negations if it is one of only three power conferences remaining in college athletics and stretches across the United States.
The ACC survival depends on the value ESPN places on the conference after schools leave (likely this year) and whether they exercise their unilateral contract extension option by February 2025. The extremely tight media rights market and ESPN’s dwindling profitability will also be major factors. It’s this uncertainty that is driving ACC schools to look at membership in other conferences and not the other way around.

I don’t see why the ACC can’t survive if B12 lost 5 top football schools.
