let's assume for a second that there is a composition clause
composition obviously cuts both ways; why did ESPN just agree to pay the conference per team average for Cal, Stanford, and SMU? do you think the ACC magically found 3 teams whose market value is the same average as their other members, i.e., are composition neutral?
and do you think Clemson, who has not discussed withdrawing in their legal filing, can get from where they are now to fully gone by June 30? they won't have an answer to their rights questions by then. nor will FSU.
i don't think anyone is withdrawing before they know the results of the court cases; and none of that happens before ESPN has to decide whether to extend
addict needs to get his eyes a bit less dilated and read the answer the ACC gave to the judge regarding what they would do with the FSU's rights. he doesn't need to build or work thru multiple layers of "ifs" to see that a negotiated settlement won't be particularly straightforward if someone else is involved in buying the rights. ACC is going to seek market value whether that $ comes from FSU, a TV network, or other conference.

The GOR is a 4 page legal agreement between the conference and its members.
