The Big 12 money from the new TV deal doesn't start until 2025.

The Big XII is paying UCF, Cincinnati, BYU, and Houston out of the projected settlement money from Texas/Oklahoma, not their current contract. They also have to pay Texas/Oklahoma out of the existing contract before the new one starts. I doubt UCF gets equal share until UCF starts on the new contract in 2025.
