You said basically the same thing they said before the NFL & AFL merged.

Then the money was more for each team if they merged and in spite of many saying it would not happen, it happened. This is all driven by more money from the TV Networks and what they will pay for, way more than anything else. Think like a stockholder, not like a fan longing for the past. It’s a really big business, like it or not. By the way, I don’t like it, but to survive, you have to go to where the puck is going. (Go USA Hockey) However it seems like you are saying we are predicting the P1 will happen with your comment. If so, please reread my post, I think ESPN/SEC powers in that order want the Saban preached ~32 team P1, but as Lee Corso would say, not so fast my friend. I think Fox/B1G are moving in a different direction with their 24 team playoff. Consequently I think your post though well intentioned, is off base from what 2000 and I are posting.
