I don't think that will happen. The top 20% need the 80%. College

athletics are too regionalized. Can you imagine if VT wasn't included? Or any current FBS school? Their fans, and the casual fan, would tune out. There is way too much money in the 80% to be ignored, and it's where the top 20% get a lot of their money.
