What I mostly disagree with is that the court cases are not relevant

Of course espn has incredible say here. And if they want FSU and Clemson to leave, but will keep paying the acc for the network and the contract, probably they get their way. But there are other networks out there that might want the content. So saying the court cases are not relevant implies this is a unilateral espn decision. I don't think that's right
