I feel the reality is P2 and Big 12 as the rest.

It's sad to see the demise of these historic conferences but the P2 are calling the shots as money talks. They absolutely would have poached the ACC already if they could. If ESPN or the lawsuits change that then this is probably the last year of the ACC. But then again who knows
