Garbage in, Garbage out. Statistically misleading...

If VMI played #1 Ohio State they would likely draw more total eyeballs than if VT played UNC. It's not representative of the value of VMI, but instead is the value of Ohio State. The questio is how many people watched VMI verse Ohio State compared to how many people watched Indiana verse Ohio State. You will find your answers very quickly. A better model would be to look at Ohio States schedule and rank the opponents 1 to 13 based on viewership. Then, chart it over a season across all team schedules and find out who is really adding value. Of course, you have time slots, network, etc so it's hard to do a true analysis.
