Here's a list

First ranking is among among current FBS schools; second is ranking among all schools 1. NOTRE DAME - #4, #4 2. Yale - NA, #7 3. Harvard - NA, #10 4. Penn - NA, #12 5. Princeton - NA, #15 6. Mount Union - NA, #16 7. Wittenburg - NA, #18 8. CLEMSON - #14, #20 9. North Dakota State - NA, #21 10. Washington & Jefferson - NA, #22 (tie) 11. WEST VIRGINIA - #15, #22 (tie) 12. VIRGINIA TECH - #18, #26 13. PITT - #19, #27 14. GEORGIA TECH - #21, #29 15.Pittsburg State - NA, #30 16. SYRACUSE - #22, #31 17. NAVY - #25, #34 The next five non-P2, FBS schools would be North Carolina, Army, Miami (OH), Colorado and Utah. Miami (FL) ranks only #69 among all schools (FBS and non-FBS) while Florida State does not appear within the top 100 on that list. Interesting that WVU and W&J are tied in overall wins. W&J is located between Morgantown and Pittsburgh. The two schools are ancient rivals and, in fact, there is a reference to W&J in the WVU fight song.
