Utah’s leaders have done a 180. They are saying all of the right things

and seem genuinely excited about the Big 12. It took them about 24 hours to drop the phoniness of being an elite academic institution because of their athletic conference association with Stanford and Cal. Arizona fans and administrators are ecstatic about being in the Big 12. They wanted Arizona to make the move over a year ago and didn’t care who came with them. ASU is a different story. Their President has almost no interest in sports and they have the worst athletic director in the country. No one in Phoenix can understand how this man keeps his job. Their athletic department is deep in debt, they can’t keep coaches, and there is a history of scandals. The only reason they are in the Big 12 is because of Arizona. Michael Crow, ASU’s President, deserves as much blame as Larry Scott & George Kliavkoff for the demise of the PAC-12.

Nope. Expanded playoff means nobody is leaving behind the money

I'm sure there are lots of BIG fans and school admins that are not happy

A&M to B1G maybe. ACC offers less money and football prestige than the SEC.

Give it a few years and there may be some schools unhappy with the results
