Yes, the NCAA tournament has been expanded many times & each time people

watch on TV. For the B12 and ACC since they historically get more Sweet 16 teams, this is a way to fund the NCAA with the beginning rounds, and pay like the football playoff for the Sweet 16. Both Conferences need this badly to cut the gap with the SEC and B1G!
