I have F$U to SEC at 90%

They are too big to ignore and the state of Florida is too big to ignore. Clemson is a curious case for comparison. Better product on the field currently, but Clemson has numerous drawbacks. F$U has a better overall athletic program. F$U generates more revenue even with a football program in the mud. South Carolina is a smaller state. My gut tells me the SEC is willing to add F$U but starve out Clemson by leaving them in whatever low rent conference survives the next round of realignment, be it Big XII or ACC. Leaving Clemson in the cold can enrich USC and the Tigers will slowly fade into obscurity.

FSU has a loud mouth, but they aren't in any better position than

The BIG difference is that FSU is probably more appealing to SEC/B1G than

I agree, they are more attractive than some, but not all. My point was

Maybe. I am not sure Gators desire them in SEC**

Tend to agree. To me, one of the interesting questions is FSU/Miami. I

What do you think Miami's ceiling would be in the SEC?

BTW, I do believe FSU in SEC hurts the Gators. **

Which hurts Florida (and the SEC) more; having FSU in the Big Ten or SEC?
VTHokie2000 08/22/22 03:29 PM ET
SEC imo. Fla kids want to be in SEC, not BIG**
