The TV contract was not part of the ACC docs I got last year

or whenever the hell that was.

My guess is if the ACC contract is undervalued to the point of making the conference competitively inviable, the conference would make the adds necessary to force reopening negotiations, vote to reorganize such that it would force renegotiation, or vote to directly or indirectly disband, i.e., vote to eliminate ANY penalties for leaving, which could leave ESPN with a contract for which it is grossly overpaying for content thru 2036.
