Great on paper and on presentation, but carve into details how this going to work, staffing, IT requirements, legal staffs and getting a finding back in 3-10 days. what is the flow chart and who is doing the analysis and decisiion making process, who is running the cases and the arbitration if the school disagrees, who is the attorneys who rpocess this and all at once.????? THen the analysis package that is presented, Is there a template??? the analysis is not done by clerk but an expert in sports properties and the policies establshed. Who signs off for the findings and then who is the one who takes arbitration on these nil proposals that are rejected and returned for arbitration??? again lots of attorney who have to make quick decisions. THIS is what happened to the NCAA, frankly a non-profit , managing professional sports franchise. with limited staff and significant legal team, to respond quickly and have the authority to say no, and no abritration capability and at the end in judicial environment really had no authority. I wouldnt taken that job for anything
