there was a commercial advertising the OSU Oregon game this Saturday. A well produce commercial with live music, one that you would expect from the NFL. It was on Fox, so they are spending money to promote that game. The thing is, there are a LOT of college football games on Saturday, and while there is no doubt it will get good ratings, it will not be the NFL, and will never be the NFL. This "breakaway" thing is way premature, and this consolidation of the blue bloods is an experiment that has not played out yet.
