At some point the feds will need to step in and break up the P2

Maybe when the B1G starts overwhelming the SEC and stealing their bell cow programs, who knows. If they could break up Bell Telephone for monopolistic reasons, then the wreckage of college athletics by the top conference(s), coupled with their media partners justifies similar treatment.
