You said it exactly. it depends on ESPN/FOX. I can see, if ESPN significantly increases ACC rights, that ACC go aggressive with not only Memphis but also see if they can peel off WVU and Central Fla (and even see if Wash St and Oregon St would be willing t merge he remnants f the PAC 12 and with that maybe UTAH DOES move... That would definitely freak out the big 12.
