Exit Fees and California / Texas instate ACC network rates
Haven't been determined yet but there will be an extra pool of hundreds of millions of dollars that will get redistributed if that occurs. FSU and Clemson are not leaving for free. Going from 20 cents to over $1 a month in millions of households also won't hurt.
