The ACC will make it, but it won't be the ACC anymore

The Big 12 is no longer the Big 12. It's a bunch of schools that compete as the Big 12. The Big 12 was the Big 8, meaning Oklahoma, Nebraska and others, plus Texas, Texas A&M and others. That league is gone. In fairness, the reconstituted Big 12 is a pretty good league whose greatest attribute might be that no one sucks, no one is a blue blood and no one is Texas. The ACC brand will survive whatever happens next, unless there is a combination of some sort with the Big 12 and the Pac 2 - as there probably should be. But with no Maryland, no North Carolina, no Virginia, no Clemson, etc., it's just not the ACC anymore. It's something else. And if what's left over after the P2 picks its parts has no choice but to add on schools like those you mention, it will be a bigger but less valuable mess than it is now. Those are all good schools, and there are a few good programs sprinkled amongst them, but there's not a single program on your list that I wouldn't trade for Iowa State. And folks here would throw stones at Iowa State.
