I agree, ESPN will accept whatever situation results from this realignment

and take the necessary steps to maximize their position. If that means renegotiate a new ACC deal, fine. If it means walk away from The ACC, fine. If it means buying B1G content, fine. They don't have to chase all these teams and try to control the movement. They will just respond to it. There are limited linear windows for "featured" games. If ESPN thinks they would rather use the ACC allocation of timeslots to present SEC games, maybe they drop The ACCN. They are not sentimental about it.
